Are your operatives DBS checked?

They are DBS checked where a site requires it, including school, care and clinical premises, and they are used to working unsupervised in closed buildings.

What happens to our visit if someone is off sick?

It still happens. We provide cover for staff sickness on scheduled work, which is the practical difference between a programme and a booking.

Can you work when we are closed?

Yes, and most of our commercial work is out of hours. Evenings, weekends and overnight are all normal, worked to your access arrangement with drying time built into the visit.

Do we have to commit to a contract term?

No. There is no minimum term, and many premises start with a single deep clean before deciding whether an interval is worth setting.

Is this a daily cleaning contract?

No. We are the specialist deep clean layer: carpets, carpet tiles, upholstery, vinyl, safety flooring, tile and stone. We work alongside daily providers and in house teams rather than replacing them.

How do you price commercial work?

By floor area and surface for floors, by item for upholstery, with access and the working window factored in. Quotes are free, in writing, with no call out fee.

Scope of a commercial programme

Carpet and carpet tile extraction

Hot water extraction with a fibre appropriate pre spray removes embedded soil rather than moving it around. Areas are worked in runs so drying is even and there is no visible join where a session stopped.

Commercial upholstery and seating

Fixed benching, task chairs, waiting room seating and fabric panels are cleaned item by item with a hand tool, at a moisture level the foam can release quickly so seating is usable again fast.

Vinyl and safety flooring

Rotary scrub and rinse restores appearance and grip, with the option to re dress floors that were originally sealed or polished. Perimeters and corners are detailed by hand.

Stone, tile and grout

Tiled and natural stone floors get grout line agitation, extraction of the dirty solution, and a rinse. Where a stone floor needs it, polishing and sealing are separate specialist options.

Entrances, matting and circulation

Entrance matting only protects the rest of the floor plate while it is clean. Matting, mat wells and the first few metres inside the door are cleaned together, because they fail together.

Stairwells, landings and lifts

Treads, nosings and lift floors need hand tool work rather than machine passes, which is why they are usually the first place a general clean falls short.

Washroom and kitchen hard floors

A periodic deep clean removes the film that daily mopping leaves in grout lines and around fittings. It sits behind the daily round, on a longer cycle.

Spill and incident response
