Office Cleaning Across Lancashire
Specialist deep cleaning for workplaces: carpet tiles and traffic lanes extracted, task chairs and soft seating cleaned item by item, vinyl and safety flooring scrubbed and rinsed. Insured, vetted, out of hours, with cover when a member of our team is off sick.
What a workplace deep clean covers
Traffic lanes and walked routes
Corridors, the run from the entrance to the desks and the route to the kitchen soil several times faster than the rest of the floor. Pre treating those lanes and extracting them separately is what stops the walked pattern becoming permanent shading.
Carpet tiles and broadloom
Hot water extraction with a pre spray suited to the fibre lifts soil out rather than redistributing it. Tiles are worked in runs so the finished area dries evenly and there is no visible line where one session stopped.
Reception and entrance matting
Entrance matting takes the grit that would otherwise end up in your floor plate, and it only keeps doing that job while it is clean. We extract the matting and the reception carpet together, since cleaning one and not the other shows immediately.
Meeting rooms and boardrooms
Low use, high visibility. Chairs, upholstered panels and the carpet around the table get item level attention, because these are the surfaces a client sits on and looks at closely.
Task chairs and soft seating
Office seating absorbs skin oils and food spills all year. Upholstery extraction with a hand tool, at a moisture level the foam can release quickly, brings back both the colour and the feel of the fabric.
Kitchens and breakout areas
Breakout flooring takes grease, coffee and sugar, all of which turn sticky and then attract soil. Hard floors here are scrubbed and rinsed, and carpet nearby is treated for the spot damage the food traffic causes.
Vinyl, LVT and safety flooring
Rotary scrub and rinse restores the surface, with the option to re dress where a floor was originally finished with a sealer or polish. Corners and edges are detailed by hand, since a machine never reaches the perimeter properly.
Stairs, landings and lifts
Stair treads and lift carpet wear fastest and are hardest to machine. These are cleaned with hand tools so the nosing and the edges come up rather than just the middle of the tread.
What a commercial buyer needs to know first
Insurance and paperwork
Full public liability and employers' liability cover, with certificates, risk assessments and method statements supplied on request before a first visit so procurement has everything up front.
Vetted, DBS checked operatives
Our operatives are DBS checked where a site requires it, and they are used to working in a closed building unsupervised, locking and alarming it exactly as found.
Cover when somebody is off sick
Scheduled visits are covered when a member of our team is unavailable. That is the difference between a schedule you can plan around and a schedule that quietly slips.
Out of hours access
Evenings, weekends and overnight are normal working windows for us. We work to your key holder, code or duty manager arrangement and plan the drying window into the visit.
Our own equipment
We arrive with our own machines, hand tools and chemistry, so nothing depends on site equipment or a store cupboard being stocked.
Contract flexibility
Planned intervals, seasonal changes to those intervals, or one off deep cleans. No minimum commitment, so you can trial the work before you commit to a pattern.
Daily, weekly or fortnightly?
Daily cleaning and deep cleaning do different jobs
A daily round keeps a workplace presentable. Deep extraction removes what the daily round cannot lift. Adding days to the first will never do the job of the second, and it usually costs more.
Interval by zone, not by building
Entrance and traffic lanes typically need the shortest interval, desk areas a longer one, and low use meeting rooms longer still. Pricing the building as one frequency overcharges the quiet half.
Let headcount and hybrid patterns decide
A three day office week changes soiling rates significantly. If your building has changed how it is used, the cleaning interval it inherited is almost certainly wrong in one direction or the other.
Winter needs more, summer needs less
Wet and gritty months put far more soil through the entrance. Shortening the entrance and lane interval over winter, and relaxing it in summer, tracks the real load.
Plan around visits and audits
Client visits, open days, inspections and photography are all good reasons to move a visit rather than add one.
Start with one deep clean
One visit tells you how quickly the floor plate comes back, which is better evidence than any recommended frequency on a price list.
There is a fuller explanation in our office cleaning frequency guide, and costs are broken down in the commercial cleaning cost guide.
