What we clean
Method and machinery set after a survey of the surface, not fixed in advance.
Pre-audit and pre-visit cleans
A one-off clean timed just before an audit, inspection or customer visit, working to the areas you nominate.
Welfare and office areas
Canteens, mess rooms and site offices cleaned in the same visit, so the whole unit is presentable rather than just the warehouse floor.
Degreasing
Alkaline degreasers and dwell time break down oil and diesel residue, then the machine extracts it rather than spreading it into the next bay.
Machine scrubbing
Scrubber-dryers lift bonded dust, rubber and oil film from concrete and sealed floors in one pass, leaving the surface dry enough to walk shortly after.
Loading bays and yards
External concrete and tarmac cleaned with hot pressure washing, including gum, spill shadows and the grime that walks into the building.
Tyre and scuff mark removal
Black forklift marks come from rubber transferred into the surface, so they need chemistry and agitation instead of pressure alone.
How the job runs
Free site survey
We walk the floor with you, identify the surface, measure the area and note access, height restrictions and anything that has to stay powered.
Scheduling around production
Evenings, weekends or shutdown windows, fixed to dates you confirm, with the visit sized so it finishes inside the window.
Why operators use us
Our own machinery
The equipment is ours, so a visit is not dependent on hire availability and the machine that suits your floor is the one that turns up.
Lancashire based
We work from Preston across the county, so a survey visit does not have to be scheduled weeks out to make the journey worthwhile.
What to know about industrial floor cleaning
The surfaces we see most
Power-floated concrete, sealed concrete and epoxy coatings make up most warehouse floors in the county. Each takes a different pad and a different dwell time, and the difference shows in whether grip and appearance survive the clean.
Traffic is what sets the interval
A goods-in apron with counterbalance trucks on it all day soils faster than a racked storage aisle. Setting one interval for the whole unit either overspends on the quiet areas or under-cleans the busy ones, so we quote by zone instead.
One-off cleans and lease events
Dilapidations, a change of occupier or an incoming customer audit are the usual reasons for a single deep clean. There is no requirement to move onto a schedule afterwards, though most sites find a periodic visit cheaper than repeat rescues.
