Can you clean stone and vinyl floors as well as carpet?
Yes. Stone, marble, terrazzo, quarry tile, vinyl and safety flooring are all part of what we do, and hard floor work is where diagnosis matters most.
What happens if we are not happy with the result?
Tell us before we leave if you can, and while we are still set up we will go again on the area concerned. If it turns out to be damage rather than soil we will show you why.
Do you offer contracts or one off visits?
Either works. If you take a schedule you get planned dates and a predictable cost, and there is no penalty for starting with one visit to see the standard.
Can you give a price over the phone?
We can give a realistic range over the phone once we know the surface, the size and the access. The firm figure comes when someone has seen it, which protects both sides.
Do you use chemicals that are safe around children and pets?
Yes. Products are chosen for the surface and rinsed out properly, which matters more for a household with pets than the label on the bottle does.
