Do you move furniture?
We move what can be moved safely and clean around anything that cannot. Emptying wardrobes, beds and heavy display units is worth doing before we arrive.
Are you insured?
Public liability cover is in place and the certificate goes out with the quote if you ask for it. Larger sites usually want method statements too, which we can supply.
Will cleaning remove every mark?
Soil comes out, damage does not. Bleach spots, sun fading and worn pile are permanent, and it is fairer to tell you that up front than to charge you to find out.
How long will the carpet take to dry?
With hot water extraction, a few hours in a ventilated room is typical, longer in cold or humid conditions. If a fast return to service matters we use low moisture methods and air movers instead.
